Great hotel in a great location

Nice and clean room, very helpful and polite staff, complimentary tea/coffee/water/snacks in the room. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. It had everything we hoped for. Great thing is that it´s within 5 minute walk to 3 different tube stations, shops, restaurants, fast food etc. yet in a very quiet residential street.

Our bed was quite small, next time I´d rather choose king size one.

A great hotel in a great location all for a great price!

We arrived pretty early to the hotel and the staff helped and released the room an hour earlier to us. The hotel was in a good location, a short walk away from stations to get you all around the city. Snacks and water are replenished daily. The room was small but cosy and a comfortable temperature for most of the stay. Plenty of shops in the area so you don’t have to travel far at all for anything you might need. Staff were friendly and accommodating!

The bed was tiny, a lot smaller than a double which we thought we would get. There was a large gap under our room door since the floors are quite slanted on sides.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff

Staff was very helpful. They were kind enough to give me converters. The breakfast staff were also quite nice. Location is fantastic. Breakfast had good variety for this hotel size. The price is quite good value.

Given the price not bothered but for a higher price would be troublesome: rooms are quite small. The a/c has medium power.

So much better than I had imagined!

The room was perfect. Everything you expect or want from a good hotel but managed to fit geniusly into a small space. Great use of space and very comfortable. A lot better than I had imagined.

What was the highlight of The Premier Notting Hill

The location is excellent, in a quiet and up-class neighbourhood. It a short walk to Bayswater where you can find all you need - restaurants, tube-station, shops, etc. It is also a short walk to Portobello Market (of Notting Hill fame). The staff are extremely happy to serve you and will go out of their way to get what you want.

The room is small, especially the bathroom, compared to our daily living style but comfortable for the two of us.

The location is excellent, easy access to the tube with nice local bars, restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable beds

Like many London hotels the rooms are very small, although this was advertised so no surprise. You are mostly paying for location and not really a problem if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. The air conditioning didn’t work very well and turned itself off every hour, again not usually an issue in London but was very warm when we visited.

Upgraded to double room which was in basement. Decor good, bathroom good with effective shower, efficient air conditioning. Staff helpful and courteous. Hotel was just 10 min walk to Queens way tube central line so 5 min to Oxford circus. Pleasant neighbourhood . Much cheaper than more central hotel yet easy access to West End.

Would have preferred room with proper window but for price I paid hotel was still good value.

What was the highlight of The Premier Notting Hill

The location of the hotel is very good.

I complained to the staff that there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom. Smell of chemicals or something, I almost felt nauseous. The ventilation was also on by default. I have to admit, I’m also sensitive to smell but haven’t had this issue in other places. They were not very eager to checking it out.

What was the highlight of The Premier Notting Hill

The hotel is in a lovely location, in a very pretty, quiet square with a nice park opposite (which unfortunately is only available to use by the local residents). It's also situated very close to Hyde Park, the shops and restaurants at Queensway, and two underground stations. Very friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome on arrival, and went out of their way to help us with any room issues, booking taxis etc.

The air conditioning could've been better. Personally I like rooms to be cold after being out in 28 degree heat all day, and we struggled to get the temperature down low enough, even with the help of the staff.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated within walking distance to Notting hill, portobello market and the underground- all taking about 10 minutes maximum. Very cheap for what you get, and beautiful views from the balcony window

The area in which the hotel is located is very quiet. There are a few pubs in the area, but there seems to be more pubs than restaurants. Bayswater station is baout 5-10 mins walk. There is a good supermarket next Bayswater station. The staff were very engaging and more than helpful. Internet access was good. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Whilst I booked a single room, it certainly was that. There is NO WAY 2 people could have stayed in the room. The air-conditioning was problematic and did NOT keep the room as cool as I should have liked. The bed was not as comfortable as it might have been.

Very clean with friendly staff

The small double bed occupied the whole room from wall to wall.Luckily I was the only occupant. The doors to the wardrobe opened onto the side of the bed so to gain access to the wardrobe one had to get onto the bed to climb round the door..This needs attention (Room 208)

The decor of the hotel was very nice and the reception was cool and inviting

The room ( 409) was too small to be a double room and far too hot to be occupied We complained to the hotel staff who installed a mobile air cooling unit that merely pushed the hot air air around. If the room had of been an office it would have been deemed unfit to work under Health & Safety regulations Other guests were also complaining
